Corporate seminars & workshops

Make room for a useful conversation.

One-off events built around your audience and the concerns you want to address. The focus is on participation, reflection and practical ideas people can take into everyday life.

Start with a real concern in your team. These are examples of sessions you can discuss with Jahnavi; the focus and activities are tailored together.

When work feels difficult to switch off

The concern
People feel stretched by deadlines, competing expectations or being available after hours.
What Jahnavi can offer
A workshop exploring everyday stress patterns, recognising personal limits and communicating boundaries. Guided reflection can help participants identify what is within their control and where organisational support is needed.
A possible takeaway
A personal stress map and one realistic boundary or conversation to practise.

When conversations turn into conflict

The concern
Feedback feels personal, misunderstandings repeat, or people avoid saying what they need.
What Jahnavi can offer
A communication session using everyday workplace scenarios to explore listening, emotional reactions and expressing needs respectfully. Participants can practise a different approach to a difficult conversation.
A possible takeaway
A simple conversation plan for making a request, offering feedback or setting a boundary.

When change leaves people unsettled

The concern
New roles, changing responsibilities or uncertainty leave people overthinking and unsure how to respond.
What Jahnavi can offer
A reflective session on recognising reactions to change, separating assumptions from known information and identifying questions or support to ask for.
A possible takeaway
A next-step plan with one manageable action and one question to clarify with the team.

When people hesitate to seek support

The concern
Misconceptions about therapy or fear of judgement make it hard to start a conversation.
What Jahnavi can offer
An introductory mental-health seminar explaining what therapy involves, common stereotypes and ways to ask for support, with space for general questions. No personal disclosure is required.
A possible takeaway
A clearer understanding of therapy and how to explore appropriate support privately.

Designed for participation

Groups of around 30–40 people are preferred for interactive sessions. Online and in-person formats are available, with travel to cities across India by arrangement. Topics, duration and activities are agreed after discussing your requirements.

Jahnavi has previously delivered seminars in colleges and is now welcoming corporate enquiries. Workplace events are educational; they are not individual therapy or employee assessments. Participation in personal sharing is optional. A workshop can support reflection and skills practice, but workload, staffing and workplace policy concerns also need action from the organisation.

Hospitals & clinics

Emotional support alongside medical care.

Explore ways to support patients and their families as they navigate stress, uncertainty, adjustment and communication. The scope of support is discussed with your institution before any arrangement begins.

Patient referrals

Discuss a referral pathway for appropriate psychotherapy support. Individual suitability and consent are addressed separately from this initial enquiry.

Visiting consultations

Explore recurring visits for individual therapy and support involving families. Frequency, facilities, professional requirements and responsibilities are agreed with the institution.

Staff workshops

Enquire about a focused session for your team on communication, emotional awareness or another agreed topic.

What support could look like in practice

These examples help your institution describe its needs. Referrals and visiting support are subject to individual suitability, consent and the hospital’s professional requirements.

Uncertainty around appointments or treatment

The concern
A patient feels overwhelmed, struggles to express worries or finds it hard to prepare questions for the medical team.
What Jahnavi can offer
Individual emotional support to explore those worries, recognise recurring thought patterns and prepare a clear list of questions for the treating clinician. Medical advice remains with the medical team.
A possible takeaway
Words for the patient’s concerns and a question list to bring to the next appointment.

Adjusting to changes in everyday life

The concern
Illness or ongoing care changes a person’s routine, independence or sense of self.
What Jahnavi can offer
Sessions focused on the emotional impact of change, everyday coping and realistic personal goals alongside the care plan. The treating team guides any medical or physical restrictions.
A possible takeaway
A small, personally meaningful goal and a clearer picture of available support.

Strain on families and caregivers

The concern
Family members feel stretched, struggle to communicate or have different expectations about supporting a patient.
What Jahnavi can offer
Supportive conversations, involving family where appropriate and with consent, to express needs, discuss boundaries and clarify practical support. Clinical treatment decisions stay with the patient and treating team.
A possible takeaway
A shared understanding of support needs and practical requests family members can discuss.

Emotionally demanding conversations for staff

The concern
Staff encounter distress and difficult conversations while managing demanding working days.
What Jahnavi can offer
An educational workshop exploring listening, communication boundaries and emotional awareness through general or fictional scenarios. Patient cases and identifiable details are not used in group activities.
A possible takeaway
Communication approaches to practise and questions about support to raise with the institution.

Psychological support complements medical care. It does not replace medical assessment or treatment, and no cure for a physical condition is promised. We are open to new hospital and clinic collaborations.
