Information and enquiries
This website introduces the VanillaScope practice and provides contact information. It does not provide a diagnosis, personalised treatment advice, emergency care, an online account or a booking and payment service. Client and practitioner portals are not part of this launch.
Before arranging care
Contact the practice to confirm practitioner qualifications, suitability, session format, availability and the terms that apply to your care. Sending an enquiry does not establish a treatment relationship or reserve an appointment. Any required care agreement or telehealth consent is a separate discussion before sessions; browsing this website is not telehealth consent.
Location and online sessions
The practice must confirm whether it can offer appropriate care in the country where you will attend sessions. An international enquiry does not establish eligibility. In-person enquiries relate to Ahmedabad; confirm the location and appointment directly.
Fees and packages
Fees and available options are explained directly by Jahnavi during a free 20-minute introductory call. No payment is taken here. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Before paying, agree the applicable price, package start date, cancellation, missed-session and unused-session arrangements. Five-session packages are valid for three calendar months from payment confirmation or five completed sessions, whichever comes first.
Respectful use
Use the website and contact details for genuine enquiries. Do not use them to send harmful content, impersonate someone else or attempt unauthorised access. Please keep sensitive clinical information and identity documents out of initial enquiries.
Not an emergency service
The website and email inbox are not continuously monitored. Use local emergency services or a crisis helpline if you need urgent help; do not wait for an email reply.
